The video we watched as part of our tour of the San Antonio Missions, last week, was titled Gente de Razon. It basically told the story of Spanish conquista and how this period in Texas history has forever changed the culture and identity of South Texas. For me, lo más hermoso was walking through these ancient spaces and wondering just how it must have been to live there all of those years ago. I took a ton of pictures – way more than I’m posting here – and, of course, I couldn’t resist sharing a couple of them with you all. I hope you enjoy them too!
