And guess who’s America’s newest COVERGIRL? That’s right, Becky G!

It’s always nice to see good things happen to people you feel really deserve it.  A couple of months ago I told you about Mexican-American up-and-coming teen rapper Becky G.  Well today, I opened my email to find some really cool news from a friend in the beauty industry (yes, I do actually have friends in the beauty industry… okay, well maybe just one… or two).  Anyway!  It turns out I’m not the only one who thinks Becky G is a huge star in the making.  That’s not even taking into account the fact that JLO already gave this mexicana her blessing too.

I don’t think it gets much better than that.
