That’s precisely what we were all asking after our family came back from the local refresqueria with a bunch of iced pickle juice shots this weekend. The answer. 50 cents a shot. WOW! That’s pure genius. You take pickle juice, pour it into a container, freeze it, and then sell it to anyone who is interested in this delicious, and very sour, treat.
Such simple idea, and yet it’s an ingenious one as well.
